Before you sign up make sure you checked out the Rodeo Info and Rules page. Fill in the entry form to Sign up and mail it with your payment to the address on the form.

Alternately you can fill out the form, print a copy and hit submit. Instead of mailing the entry form pay by PayPal and I will send you a verification email that payment and entry form are matched up. The waiver form has to be signed and turned in before fishing the Rodeo.
