Where to Launch
There are several good launch spots that can be used when fishing the rodeo. Links here are to different sources and you have to follow the rules for each location. The launch areas are suggestions and have not agreed to act as launs areas. There are public boatlaunces and some places where you can launch from if you find a place to park.

  Link   Baldwin Bridge Boat Launch (Connecticut River) Old Saybrook
DEP - boat launch Directions: Rte. 9 south, take exit 2 and turn left. Take the first right onto Ferry Road. Rte. 2 north, take exit 1 and turn right onto Ferry Road. Launch is at the end of Ferry Road under the bridge. 		250

DEP - boat launch Directions: Located at Barn Island Wildlife Area. Turn southeast off Route 1 at Greenhaven Road then south on Palmer Neck Road approximately 1.5 miles to end. 		248

DEP - boat launch Directions: I-95, Exit 87, Route 349 (Clarence B. Sharp Highway) which becomes Shennecossett Road. Follow this road south, then left onto Bayberry Lane. 		231
